Hyde Park Hotel (under forte, Granada and Mandarin Oriental ) - various roles purchasing, backl of house and Operations Manger for four years
St Davids Hotel Cardiff Bay RF Hotels - Operations manager and pre opening team 
Bournemouth International Centre - General Manager
The Welcombe Hotel -  Stratford upon Avon, Operations Manager 
Instutute of Directors -  as independent purchasing adviser 
Westbury Hotel - as independent purchasing adviser 
The Roehampton Club -  independent adviser and pre opening of new clubhouse

Ten years of progression at The Berkeley
Converting the Hyde Park Hotel to the Manderin Oriental brand
The building and pre-opening of St Davids Hotel,  Cardiff and it becoming Wales' first five star hotel
The closing down of Bryanston Court Hotel in marble arch And reopening as The Arch London two years later

Currently converting Five Lakes Hotel into the first Crown Plaza Resort in the UK
