After being inspired by working with the Japanese hotel group Okura during placement from the University Of Surrey, followed graduation with two years teaching in Miyazaki, Japan.

Hobbies and Passions

My family - Claire, my wife, and our two sons Zach and Sebastian; spending time together, being continually entertained, amazed and exhausted as the boys grow. Travelling together, experiencing different cultures, enjoying food that has been cooked with passion.
